What you'll need
1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for at least 2 hours, then drained)
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon capers (drained)
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon caper brine (from the jar of capers)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Blend together!
- Store in fridge for up to 7 days in an airtight container.
- Can add hemp seeds and chia seeds for extra nutrition.
