Chimichurri Sauce
This has been one of my favorite things to make for a while now. It is seriously so versatile, so delicious, and it is a great dip to bring to a party!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1⁄4 clove garlic
- 3⁄4 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 red chili pepper
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Optional
- 1⁄8 tsp dried oregano
Directions
Produce Prep
Wash all produce! Finely chop the parsley, finely chop the cilantro, peel & mince the garlic, finely chop the red chili pepper(s).
Combine
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and you are good to go! Serve with your favorite sourdough bread, toss in a salad, or really anything! That’s the beauty of it! It’s a multipurpose dip!
