Delicious Plant-Based Nachos: Layered Nacho Salad Recipe

Bites

Organic Corn Chips

Shredded vegan cheese

Vegan beefy crumbles

Black beans

Cherry tomatoes, about a handful - diced

Bell pepper, about a handful - diced

Guacamole

Salsa

Vegan Sour Cream

Romaine lettuce - chopped

Cilantro - chopped

Hot Sauce (I used Cholula)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450-500 degrees.
  2. Layer chips, cheese, meat and beans in an oven safe deep dish plate or bowl.
  3. Put in oven for about 5 minutes, or until cheese starts to melt.
  4. Layer more chips, cheese, meant and beans.
  5. Place in over for another 5 minutes to heat ingredients and melt cheese.
  6. Top with your favorite ingredients, like the ones I listed above!
  7. Enjoy!
