What you'll need
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup dill pickle juice
1 Dill pickle, chopped
2 tablespoons tahini
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (add more if you want it spicier)
3 cloves garlic
1 small lemon, juiced
½ teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
Directions
- Add all of this to your blender and blend on low and then high, until the consistency is hummus like.
- Garnish with the spices of your choice!
