Delicious Lemon Dill Hummus

What you'll need

1 can garbanzo beans, drained

1/3 cup dill pickle juice

1 Dill pickle, chopped

2 tablespoons tahini

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (add more if you want it spicier)

3 cloves garlic

1 small lemon, juiced

½ teaspoon black pepper

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon minced fresh dill

Directions

  1. Add all of this to your blender and blend on low and then high, until the consistency is hummus like.
  2. Garnish with the spices of your choice!
