What you'll need
Tools:
• bowl
• measuring cups
• round or square dish
• halloween shaped cookie cutters
Ingredients:
- • 4 Large SugarBee apples
- • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- • 2 cups oats
- • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- • 1/2 teaspoon salt
- • 12 tablespoons vegan butter
- • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
First, pre heat your oven to 350.
1. Start by slicing your apples. Once you have done this, place in a pan that is lightly greased with oil.
2. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the coconut sugar on top and add your lemon juice over the apples, sprinkle half of your cinnamon on top.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the rest of your coconut sugar and cinnamon, the oats, the salt and melted down vegan butter. Mix with your hands if easier.
4. Add this crumble over your apples
5. Place the pan into the oven and bake for around 40 minutes, checking it every 15 minutes or so.
