Grape & Feta Whip Dip

What you'll need

Part 1: The Feta

¾ cup almonds, softened

¾ cup raw cashews, softened

¼ cup refined coconut oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon white miso paste

1 tablespoon green olive brine

½ teaspoon salt

Part 2:

Juice from 1 lemon

⅓ cup olive oil

3 cups fresh grapes, plus more for a garnish

Directions

  1. Combine the feta ingredients. Add everything to a food processor. You can add some of the water that you soaked the nuts in, or oliv eoil if needed.
  2. Blend until smooth and sticky.
  3. Leave to chill.
  4. Put the grapes in an oven pan
  5. Drizzle with salt and olive oil.
  6. Put in the oven at 350 degreed for 40 minutes.
  7. Top your feta with the roasted grapes and enjoy with crackers!
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and top with mint.
