Sweet “sushi” rolls with sliced apples, nut butter, and crunchy granola, rolled up in rice paper for a fun and shareable snack.
Makes 1 Serving
- 1 medium SugarBee® apple
- 1⁄3 rice paper wrapper
- 2 tsps almond butter
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp granola
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Directions
1.
Thinly slice the apples into strips or cut them into fun shapes.
2.
Soak rice paper in water to soften.
3.
Spread nut butter over the center, layer apple slices, sprinkle granola and cinnamon, and roll tightly.
4.
Serve with a drizzle of vegan chocolate or maple syrup. Daniella made a cinnamon, maple syrup dip!
