Kiki Milk Smoothie

July 10, 2026

Smoothies are a full blown event in our house, especially when the kids get involved.

I originally started making them more often because they are delicious, colorful, and incredibly easy to enjoy. They also make it much simpler to add plenty of nourishing ingredients into one quick recipe without making things feel complicated.

We usually blend in different fruits, leafy greens, plant based protein, and whatever superfoods we have available. Kiki Milk works especially well because it gives the smoothie a creamy texture while keeping everything simple and kid friendly.

Whenever we have extra smoothie left over, I pour it into popsicle molds and freeze it for another day. It is such an easy way to turn leftovers into a refreshing snack that the kids actually get excited about.

Why We Love This Smoothie

This smoothie is naturally sweet, creamy, and filled with bright tropical flavors.

The banana creates a smooth and satisfying base, while the mango, pineapple, and orange add plenty of freshness. Kiki Milk brings everything together and makes the texture extra creamy without requiring a long list of ingredients.

It only takes a few minutes to prepare, which makes it perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or a simple treat after school.

Kiki Milk Smoothie Recipe

Difficulty: Super easy

Servings: 1 medium serving

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 bottle of Kiki Milk

½ cup frozen mango

½ cup pineapple

1 orange

Directions

Freeze your banana the night before so the smoothie becomes extra thick and creamy.

Add the frozen banana, Kiki Milk, mango, pineapple, and orange into a high powered blender.

Blend everything until the mixture becomes completely smooth, creamy, and evenly combined.

Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass and enjoy it immediately.

Make It Into Popsicles

Whenever you have extra smoothie left over, pour it into popsicle molds and freeze it until completely solid.

This creates an easy frozen snack that is refreshing, naturally sweet, and perfect for warmer days.

Simple Ways to Customize It

You can add a handful of leafy greens for extra nutrients without changing the flavor too much.

A scoop of plant based protein can also make the smoothie more filling, especially when serving it for breakfast.

You can also add chia seeds, hemp seeds, or your favorite superfood powder depending on what you already have available.

However you choose to make it, this recipe stays simple, nourishing, and easy for the whole family to enjoy.
